We use the information you share with us to operate Nita's Silent Hands, Inc. and to fulfill our mission of bridging the Deaf and hearing communities. Specifically, we use information to process donations and issue tax receipts, to enroll participants in ASL classes and other programs, to communicate about events and program updates, to respond to inquiries, to send the occasional newsletter or update if you have opted in, and to maintain and improve the website.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent your information. We do not trade your information. The information you give us is used only to support the work and our relationship with you.

Who we share information with.

We share information only with trusted service providers that help us run the organization, and only the minimum necessary for them to do their work. These include Stripe for payment processing, our customer relationship management and email infrastructure provider, and Google services for productivity and email.

We may also share information when required by law, when necessary to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger or transition that affects Nita's Silent Hands, Inc.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties under any circumstance.

Donor privacy.

Donor information receives additional protection. We do not publicly share donor names, gift amounts, or other identifying details without explicit donor consent.

Donors may request that their gifts remain anonymous in any internal or external communication. Donor records are maintained in accordance with IRS requirements for 501(c)(3) organizations and are accessible only to authorized Nita's Silent Hands, Inc. personnel and our payment processor.

Payment information.

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Nita's Silent Hands, Inc. does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other complete payment credentials on our servers. Stripe handles the secure transmission and storage of payment information in accordance with industry standards.
