Nita's Silent Hands, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 84-3851508, organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the Deaf and hearing communities through the GEAR method (Give, Educate, Awareness, Resources), one community at a time, through agape love.
You may use nsilenthands.com for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with our mission. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use of the site.

Donations to Nita's Silent Hands, Inc. are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Donors will receive a written receipt for each gift. Recurring monthly donors (Hands of Unity members and Impact Circle partners) will receive an annual giving statement at the end of each tax year.
All donations are final upon processing and are non-refundable except in cases of demonstrable error (such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts). Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] within thirty days of the original transaction.
Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for cancelled monthly memberships.
When you register for ASL classes, gala tickets, programs, or any other Nita's Silent Hands, Inc. event, you agree to comply with the policies and conduct expectations of the program or event. We reserve the right to remove or refuse service to any participant whose conduct is disruptive, harmful, or contrary to the values of the organization.
Refund and cancellation policies for paid programs and events are communicated at the time of registration and may vary by program. Where program-specific policies conflict with these general terms, the program-specific policy governs.
By providing your email address through any form on this website, you consent to receive communications from Nita's Silent Hands, Inc. related to your interaction with us. This may include receipts, program confirmations, organizational updates, and occasional newsletters. You may unsubscribe from any non-transactional communication at any time.
